| 담당업무

• Conduct research on emerging AI image generation technologies and assess their potential for artistic application.
• Work closely with artists to understand their requirements and pain? points and how AI tools can enhance their work.
• Collect feedback from artists to continuously refine and improve the tools and support offered.
• Collaborate with technical teams to set up, configure, tailor, and maintain AI image generation tools and systems for artist use.
• Provide training, workshops, and ongoing support to artists in using AI technologies.
• Facilitate creative experimentation, helping artists explore new artistic expressions using AI.

• 새로운 이미지 생성 AI 기술을 연구하고 기능성을 평가하여 지식기반화 합니다.
• 그래픽 아티스트의 목표와 업무를 이해하고 AI 도구를 사용해 그것을 도울 방법을 모색하고 제안합니다.
• 그래픽 아티스트가 사용할 AI 생성 도구 체인을 설치하고, 설정하고, 유지하면서 지속적으로 개선하고 요구사항에 맞춰 튜닝합니다.
• 그래픽 아니스트가 AI 생성 기술의 발전 수준에 따라갈 수 있도록 교육과 세미나를 지속적으로 수행합니다.
• 창의적인 생성 실험을 통해 아티스트가 AI를 사용하여 새로운 표현과 아트웍을 탐색하도록 돕습니다.
• 규격화된 이미지를 비 전문가가 직접 takeout 할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고 운영합니다.

| 지원자격

• Proven experience with AI technologies, especially in image generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion).
• Strong background in the arts or a demonstrated interest in creative industries.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or facilitating workshops.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• 이미지 생성 시스템을 통한 상업용 리소스 생산 경험. (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML)
• 다양한 최신 이미지 생성 기법의 동작 방식과 장/단점에 대한 이해. (e.g., Diffusion, VAE, UNet, DiT)
• 이미지 생성 과정에서 결과물을 제어하기 위한 다양한 방법과 활용에 대한 이해.
• 그래픽 아트웍 생산 또는 밀접한 협업을 통해 다수의 상업용 결과물을 생산해낸 경험과 배경 지식 (e.g., Gaming, Advertising) 기술자와 예술가 모두와 효과적으로 소통할 수 있는 우수한 커뮤니케이션 기술.
• 다양한 배경의 팀과 효과적으로 협업할 수 있는 능력.

| 우대사항

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Arts, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a creative role or in working collaboratively with artists.
• Skills in programming or scripting for customizing AI tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating projects at the intersection of AI and art.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and it's ML development system (e.g., Vertex AI, ML Studio)

• 컴퓨터 공학/과학, 디지털 아트, 산업디자인의 학위 혹은 그와 동등한 수준의 경력.
• 교육, 코칭 또는 워크숍 주도 경험.
• AI 도구를 튜닝하기 위한 최소한의 script (e.g, Python) 작성 능력
• A portfolio demonstrating projects at the intersection of AI and art.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and it's ML development system (e.g., Vertex AI, ML Studio)

| 연봉 및 근무형태

• 연봉 : 개별 협의
• 근무형태 : 정규직 (시용 3개월 종료 후, 정규직 전환 가능 대상 / 정규직 급여와 동일)
• 근무시간 : 선택적 근무제 (출근시간 : 오전 9시 ~ 오후 1시)
