| 담당업무

• Research, design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions across domains such as natural language, computer vision or/and any other generative systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions
• Stay abreast of AI trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
• Conduct experimental AI studies and evaluate emerging technologies
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in AI-related projects and initiatives

• 자연어, 컴퓨터 비전 또는 다른 유용한 산출물을 생성하는 AI 기반 솔루션을 연구, 설계, 개발 및 배포합니다
• 여러 팀과 협력하여 비즈니스 과제를 이해하고 AI가 해결하거나 도울 수 있는 문제를 발견합니다
• 최신 AI 연구 동향 및 주요 기술을 계속적으로 파악하여 사내에 전파하고 제품과 서비스 개선에 적용합니다
• 유용성이 기대되는 AI 연구를 실험하고, 기술/솔루션의 도입 적정성을 평가합니다
• 사내에서 추진되는 AI 응용 프로젝트 또는 고도화 과제에 기술과 컨설팅을 제공합니다

| 지원자격

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI development, including hands-on experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) or foundation models (e.g., LLM, Diffusion)
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning including RLHF and model tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in designing AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• 컴퓨터 과학/공학, 인공지능 또는 관련 분야의 학사 또는 석사 학위 또는 동등한 수준의 경험
• 우수한 Python programming 기술
• Transformer, Diffusion 과 같은 주요 생성 AI 의 기반 모델에 대한 깊은 이해
• 기계학습, 강화학습 및 RLHF 을 포함한 모델 튜닝에 대한 이론적 이해와 실무적 지식
• AI 솔루션 설계에 있어 뛰어난 문제 해결 능력 및 창의성
• 효과적인 협력 및 지식 공유를 위한 강력한 의사소통 기술

| 우대사항

• Familiarity with open API integration.
• Familiar with deploying API to serverless environments.
• Ability to work with large datasets and diverse data sources.
• Strong programming skills in major languages.
• Contributions to AI research or open-source projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and it's ML development system (e.g., Vertex AI, Azure ML/AI Studio)
• Experience in an industry-specific application of AI
• Experience in training, transfer learning, grounding, and customization of foundation models
• Experience in prompt and dialog design of LLM for a particular purpose

• AI framework(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras 등) 사용을 포함한 AI 개발에 있어 입증된 경험.
• Foundation model (LLM, 확산 모델, 심층 추정 등) 실무 적용과 사전 훈련, 전이 학습, 맞춤화 경험.
• Cloud service provider의 (AWS, Azure, GCP 등) IaaS/PaaS 기반 ML 개발 시스템(Vertex AI, AI Studio 등) 경험
• 대규모 데이터 세트와 다양한 데이터 소스를 처리할 수 있는 능력.
• 서비스간 API 통합에 대한 능숙함.
• AI 연구나 관련 오픈 소스 프로젝트에 기여.

| 연봉 및 근무형태

• 연봉 : 개별 협의
• 근무형태 : 정규직 (시용 3개월 종료 후, 정규직 전환 가능 대상 / 정규직 급여와 동일)
• 근무시간 : 선택적 근무제 (출근시간 : 오전 9시 ~ 오후 1시)
