As a Marketing Data Engineering Lead at NSUSLAB, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of data engineers to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to optimize our data infrastructure, enhance player experience, and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will manage ID-level data using customer data platforms like Segment and build robust big data pipelines.
| 담당업무
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain Marketing Performance Dashboards (Looker) and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries in BigQuery.
- Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using Python.
- Oversee the management of ID-level data using customer data platforms such as Segment.
- Build and maintain big data pipelines to handle large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Track user interactions across web, mobile (Android and iOS), and desktop environments.
- Integrate external ad platforms into the company's tracking and measurement platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Perform data validation and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and engineering.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-based data warehousing solutions and other advanced data technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and data engineering.
- Proficiency in Looker, BigQuery, SQL, and Python.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience with ID-level data management using customer data platforms.
- Proven experience in building big data pipelines.
- Expertise in tracking user interactions across web, mobile (Android and iOS), and desktop environments.
- Experience integrating external ad platforms into internal tracking and measurement systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
