| Responsibilities

• Implement media buying strategies that align with our company's goals and target audience
• Manage day-to-day execution of media campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to, social media, PPC, SEO, display advertising, and email marketing
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and test creative assets and messaging that resonate with our target audience
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and advancements to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics
• Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing media investments
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance and optimization strategies

| Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media buying, execution, and optimization
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Experience with various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and Korean

| 연봉 및 근무형태

• 연봉 : 개별 협의
• 근무형태 : 정규직 (시용 3개월 종료 후, 정규직 전환 가능 대상 / 정규직 급여와 동일)
• 근무시간 : 선택적 근무제 (출근시간 : 오전 9시 ~ 오후 1시)
