Implement media buying strategies that align with our company's goals and target audience
Manage day-to-day execution of media campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to, social media, PPC, SEO, display advertising, and email marketing
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and test creative assets and messaging that resonate with our target audience
Collaborate with external partners and agencies to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and advancements to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics
Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing media investments
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance and optimization strategies
| Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media buying, execution, and optimization
Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Experience with various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluent in English and Korean
